Our destruction services process :

Call us to schedule your service. All services can typically be scheduled within a 48 hour time frame.
Whether you drop off your material or we pick it up in one of our alarmed, self-locking, and GPS tracked vehicles, the process begins by ensuring that there is no unauthorized access to your classified information prior to destruction. We provide large bulk clean outs in multiple trailer load quantity, or removals as small as a single file box.
All material, whether documents, hard drives & media, electronics, trademarked or off spec products, or badges & IDs, is introduced into our shredding system at the automated feed location.
Materials are then conveyed to our industrial grade high volume shredder, which processes in excess of five tons per hour.
If the material to be destroyed has serial #s or barcodes, we can individually scan each one and provide a log along with the Certificate of Destruction.
Processed material is automatically discharged from the shredder once it meets a predetermined size. Our high volume processing system can convert over 60 tons per day to totally illegible and de-identified recyclable feed stock.
Any material that can be recycled is further processed. Paper based material is conveyed to a baler which generates 1100-1200 lb. bales. Each bale is then pulped and recycled, further destroying all material and reducing the need for virgin fiber in the paper production process.
A NAID “AAA” Certificate of Destruction is then issued to you confirming that your material has been properly and securely destroyed. This document is proof that you have completely destroyed 100% of your sensitive information, and prevented any possible data loss or identity theft.
